Today is my Dad’s birthday.
He’s 60 this year… He looks older though. So much sadness in him. But he’s always kind.

And draw people with different characteristics (this one looks like me but i don’t look like that irl ◉_◉).
But I love how this turned out. It’s been a while since I finished any illustration with background, even though I know the perspective in this is all wrong :’D

If you look carefully in the picture, you can see my room-mate’s legs on the top bed, and a woody doll at the far end of the bed. And yes, I play the ukulele (very badly) in my spare time.

Because he’s sort of fun to draw! He has this easy-to-identify kind of face… And he’s just gorgeous. I hope I didn’t ruin his pretty face lmao~

I think this is actually the very first time I made a finished digital painting/illustration using photoshop (or any software, really). I’m sort of an amateur photoshop user. If they hadn’t invented wacom, I don’t think I’d have used photoshop ever.
