Hmm… Let’s travel back in time then!
*WARNING!!! AN EXTREMELY LONG POST WITH UGLY-ASS DRAWINGS AHEAD!*

It all began when I was… idk… 2? 3?
look at that master piece. what? bigger picture? of course, of course here you go:
I believe this is what you call ‘abstract’ yes?
And then, back in elementary school, I wrote a lot of short stories and those stories came with illustrations:

SOOO GOOOD AMIRITE?! you don’t need to read the story, you can know what it’s about by looking at these beautifully rendered illustrations.
Then in junior-high, I played a lot of RPGs and watched a lot of animes, read a lot of mangas… HAHAHA

after excessive amount of japanese pop-culture immersion, I vowed to become a comic artist manga-ka. In high-school I met Giri and Nesia. We initiated (because it was never really made) a comic manga project about a bunch of kids in a street art tournament. HAHAHAHA WHAT. I don’t really remember how the story goes because I mainly designed the characters which was those three in the middle:
I quite liked those characters so they were used in many drawing experiments like those above in which I just learned how to use copic markers.
Then in college/uni (I honestly don’t know what’s the difference) I took graphic design and I didn’t draw much for about 2 years because I hated my drawings. But then for my final year project, I wanted to make a story book. That made me start to draw again and my lecturers demanded encouraged me to explore different type/style of illustrations. That was the time I found ‘Uni-Ball Signo’ pens. IT IS THE BEST PEN OF ALL PENS. Idk I just really love their 0.38 pens. And they come in wide range of awesome colors:

you can see more of my old art at my deviantart page.
And then it evolved into what you’ve seen on my tumblr page today. Sooo… to answer your question… I DON’T KNOW! AHAHAHAHASJKAGFDFGKJDFA I don’t know how did I ‘develop’ my drawing style… I think I don’t have one actually! Don’t you guys notice it’s kinda different every time? I guess it was combinations of what I like and my skill level and what media that I use at the time being aaaannnddd how motivated/passionate I was during that time.
Honestly, since those last 2 years of college/uni to now, I think my drawings look like what they look like because I’m easily bored and I’M A VERY LAZY PERSON. That, and I’m still learning (and will never stop learning)… Most of the time what I draw didn’t turn out as planned. I lost interest/get depressed about it during the making process and then I would try and find a way to finish it as best as I could. HAHAHAHAHAAAAAUUUGHHH WEEEEHHHHHH ; ^ ; drawing is haaarddd art is haaarddd life is haaaarrrrdddd everything is haaaaaarrrddddd.
